What is GenAI and why this survey?
Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) allows machines to create new content from existing data. Tools like ChatGPT or Gemini are just examples of a much broader shift that is already impacting areas such as customer service, manufacturing, education, health, and marketing.
This survey, directed exclusively at companies in Tijuana and the border region, seeks to understand how they are adopting GenAI: for what purposes they use it, what challenges they face, and what results they obtain.
The findings will be presented at the Frontera Futura event as a public report that highlights the real opportunities and challenges of this technology in the region.
